Safety 24/7 is about building an inceident-free culture by Gregory M. Anderson and Robert L Lorber. It provides the tools necessary for creating the foundation of a great organization, no matter what your mission may be. It focuses on people behaviour and illustrates why policies and procedures alone do not build stong safety culture.All ELNG staff received the book in early January 2009 as part of the ELNG effort to promote and enhance safety culture.
