31 days to Go

|

About 31 days to go, ‘Afi and Muhammad Afiq will sit for their International General Certificate of Secondary Examination (IGCSE) ‘O’ and ‘ AS’ Levels respectively. A little bit about IGCSE: It is an internationally recognised qualification for school students, typically at the 14-16 stage. Cambridge IGCSE was developed by University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) in 1988. Equivalent to the UK GCSE as recognised by UCAS, it prepares students for further academic work, including progression to A Level, AS Level study, Cambridge Pre-U and the IB Diploma Programme.
Alhamdullillah, both of them had shown dramatic improvement in their recent term examinations, etc. Almost all their subject teachers, who are very supportive and helpful, made distinctive comments about their improvement and performance. However, there are still big spaces for them to focus and improve further. The end is near, but the journey is yet to begin.
To ‘Afi and M Afiq, it is never too late though, to put your best effort, right attitude, and to engage your top gear. As I used to say, it is not the ‘As’ that I want to see, but the efforts and attitude that matters. On top all, do it for Allah Rabbul Jalil.
Wish you all the best and May Allah swt give His Blessings to both of you and your two other brothers & sister. Aamiin.
