Albeit my ignorant with their operation and its financial performance, TwinzBites, from my observation has achieved quite a remarkable achievement thus far. They were able to maintain their production volume since their existence almost 3 years ago. Recently, they had introduced their new product – the cupcake, spearhead by Farah, whilst still in the trial stage to market Thwinzy Chocolates under the hand of CT. On the other hand, there are always rooms for improvement though, in order to survive the rough and bumpy journey.
Apparently, competitors are just like mushroom growing after raining, entering the market with their robust marketing strategy and varieties of products. The management should be aware of the threats as well as opportunities in order to sustain the market share, at least. In my opinion, few areas should be focused on, that is; the marketing strategy – which includes, product packaging, promotion, advertisement, etc.; manpower resources; cost optimization and ultimately, the premium of the products.
On Sunday, they are working half day allowing them; the management and their operations crew distressing their physique and mental with ‘BINGO’ game. Kudos to the TwinzBites.
