Being Happy!
The author writes in a very entertaining and simple style. The book is structured in a way that builds you up-and-into the life that you deserve; first by controlling the mind and then by pursuing what it is that will make you happy. What I like most about this book is it's simplicity; it contains lots of tips and information, more-so than most books in this genre, and yet nothing is heavy, it is all made so simple, like you are recieving advice in conversation with the worldly wise. It is also peppered with inspirational quotes which gives it incredible motivational power.
I have few collections of Andrew Matthews', like, "Follow Your Heart" and "Happiness Now".

Graduation: Managing Development Programme
'Ade Kelas Beb' - literally it means we have the class. The team Ade Kelas Beb (AKB) was formed on the 11th of April 2005 at PERMATA. It comprises of five managers from PETRONAS GAS Berhad (PGB), Ethlene PolyEthlene Malaysia Sdn Bhd (EPEMSB) and PETRONAS Ammonia Sdn Bhd (PASB). Five of them namely:
- ‘Adros M Appandi a Material Service Manager at PASB and has been with PETRONAS for 18 years
- M Harus B Wagirin an Operation Utility Manager has been with PETRONAS Gas Bhd for the last 25 years
- A Rahman B Bistamam an Engineering Maintenance Manager at PGB, has been with PETRONAS for the past 22 years
- Nasruddin B M Zain a Sales Manager at EPEMSB, has been with PETRONAS for 22 years
- Saiful Anuar B Hj Joll an Organizational Improvement Manager at PASB and has been with PETRONAS for the last 16 years.
The basis of the formation is basically the geographical aspect, where all the members except Nasruddin are based at Kertih, Terengganu. Nasruddin however, is frequently available at Kertih due to his business requirement. This aspect is quite significant for the smooth progress and momentum of the team operation. Consequently, it reduced the traveling expenditure of the team members.
Lead by Saiful Anuar who was unanimously appointed by other members, the team called itself ade kelas beb. Literally it means it has class! The consideration to use the name is simply it is in line with their project theme in identifying a world class characteristics and elements. And, another aspect of it, the name is kind of a motivation factor to the members itself. Alhamdullillah, the AKB was awarded The Best Overall Project and I personally won the Best Project Award and the Best Student Award. Graduated from the MDP with the three awards was one of utmost achievement that I have ever achieved while in PETRONAS. The MDP is the collaboration effort between PERMATA and the University of Melbourne - the top best university in Australia. Again, thank you PETRONAS.

Crossing East-West Highway to Penang
We had a good dead sleep after a very exhaustive journey. The next morning, we started our journey heading Rantau Panjang - a duty free zone and a border town of Malaysia and Thailand to do some shopping.
The starting point of the crossing is from a place called Kpg Bukit Pak Mud or Village of Uncle Mud's Hill. The point-to-point distance is about 230 km through winding and hilly roads. EWH is clossed for vehicles during dark due to its unsafe condition and spooky. The highway facility, such as, R & R, etc. is limited and sometime you will experience the wild elephant pedestrianing the highway which can be exciting but intimidating.
Raya Haji 2005 ...... with Tsunami
We went there about one month after the D-day. Met few victims and one of the families invited us to join their brunch. We were touched with their kindness and hospitality despite their trauma.
